STEP 1:
You place a call to VRC.
STEP 2:
VRC's representative will begin the process of scheduling service while our staff prepares exchange equipment.
STEP 3:
Our friendly, uniformed driver will check in with designated personnel at your facility and begin the Security Vault Exchange Process.
STEP 4:
During delivery or pick of your Security Vault, the bar code on the Security Vault will be scanned and recorded for tracking purposes.
STEP 5:
Full Security Vaults are securely transported to and loaded into our Box Van. The Security Vaults are secured inside and the Box Van is locked during the transportation process to our facility.
STEP 6:
Once our driver picks up your full Security Vaults, he or she will replace it with a clean, locked Security Vault at the designated location within your office. Prior to leaving your facility, our driver will request that a Security Vault Verification Receipt and Transfer of Custody Authorization be signed by the designated personnel in your office.
STEP 7:
At our secured facility, Security Vaults are placed in a locked area designated for shredding and emptied into our state-of-the-art shredders.
STEP 8:
After your documents have been shredded into confetti-sized pieces, the last step to proper destruction is "repupling." This is the process of baling and shipping to a paper mill for conversion into new paper. - Environmental Friendly!
